In Great Hall Catering, we proudly use sustainable, 100% biodegradable craft paper products for all "Bronze Service" catered events.

We are also leaders on campus in composting scrap food and coffee grounds, and in recycling fine paper, beverage and food containers.

This year, our concentration will be to further develop our 'home-grown' tomato and herb garden.
